Shipping

For regular ground delivery of items weighing less than 120 lbs (actual or dimensional weight), we provide free domestic shipping for the whole store. Actual or dimensional weights above 120 pounds are subject to freight charges.

We always offer combined expedited and international shipping discounts for multiple items. Final combined shipping rates will depend on the item's weight and dimensions.

We guarantee same-day ground shipping for all orders placed before 12:00 PM WIB. Orders placed after the cut off time will be shipped out the next day.

We can ship through express or overnight UPS service at the buyer's expense. Our daily expedited shipping cut-off time for express shipments is 16:00PM WIB.

Worldwide shipping through UPS, DHL , FEDEX, TNT Or EMS or others services.

Please get in touch with us for a shipping price if the item will be transported by freight. Another option is to have your carrier pick up your shipment.  Your shipment will be palletized, strapped, and shrink-wrapped by us. We give our customers a seven-day courtesy holding period. After seven days, orders may be canceled with a 20% restocking fee.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Returns

Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the date of receipt. Refunds are not available for transactions completed after 30 days.

For products that are non-functional or not as described, we provide full refunds. For more information and terms, please see the original listing. Before a refund may be issued, the items must be returned for examination.

Items sold as "New" or "New (Other)" must be received back in original condition including all packaging with intact factory seals to qualify for a refund. Removing an item from manufacturer's packaging, or tampering with Factory Seals disqualifies the item from a refund.
